Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms govern your use of XenoMind (the “Service”), provided by Weesite LTD (“we”, “us”). By applying for, or using, an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Accounts & eligibility
The Service is currently invite-only. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate details. Sign-in is passwordless: we email a magic link, and you're responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. What the Service does
XenoMind is a workspace for visual maps and spreadsheets with optional AI assistance. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn over time as the product develops.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, with your content or use of the Service;
- upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service;
- access accounts or data that aren't yours, or bypass access controls or rate limits;
- use the Service to store or share harmful, abusive, or unlawful material; or
- resell or abuse the Service or its AI integrations.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
4. Your content
You keep all ownership of the maps, sheets and other content you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display your content so we can provide the Service to you (and, where you choose to share or publish it, to the people you share it with). You're responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.
5. AI features
AI features use an API key you supply for a third-party provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google). Your use of those features is also subject to that provider's terms. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you're responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it. Any usage costs charged by your chosen provider are between you and that provider.
6. Availability & “as is”
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We strongly recommend keeping your own backups using the in-app backup download.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service. On closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: .
